The Lawrence Board of REALTORS® held its annual Installation & Awards Celebration on Friday, Jan. 15, 2021. Two McGrew Real Estate agents received prestigious service awards for their exemplary work in the regional real estate market.
Kimberly Williams was named LBOR REALTOR® of the Year. This award goes to someone who demonstrates involvement in Board activities, projects a positive image in the community as a REALTOR®, promotes the profession through action and deeds, and above all, represents what a REALTOR® should be.
Caren Rowland was presented with the LBOR Distinguished Service Award. This award goes to an active member of the LBOR for 20 or more years. Recipients project faithfulness to the principles of organized real estate, adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and the Code of Ethics, illustrate activity in the State Association, and commit time and effort in furthering the principles of good real estate practice among other REALTORS®, the press, and general public.
was awarded one of the Rising Star awards. Each awarded agent was nominated by their brokers and achieved a minimum of $2 million in sales production, or 12 transactions in their first full year as a real estate professional.
