In order to be certified as a Gold Star Home, your home must meet the following criteria:
• Inspected by a certified home inspector •
• Repairs completed prior to marketing •
• Cosmetic enhancements completed if required (paint, carpet, vinyl, counter tops, etc.) •
• Priced competitively in today’s housing market environment •
• Provide a one-year home warranty to the buyer •
Two Choices: Gold Star Standard* and Gold Star Premiere*
The Gold Star Premiere Program represents an elevated level of service and value for the seller. In addition to meeting all of the Gold Star standards, McGrew Real Estate will provide added benefits for you, the seller.
