Have a Home Buying Question? This Workshop is For You!

Finding the perfect home is hard work, but it doesn’t have to be pull-out-your-hair stressful. On Thursday, Feb. 27 a workshop will answer all questions you have about the home buying process.

The event, titled “Lawrence Homebuyer Workshop” will be held at the Union Pacific Depot at 402 N. 2nd Street from 6 to 7:30 P.M. The event is free and open to the public, but as a way to give back to the community, a suggested donation of $5 will go to the Lawrence Community Shelter.

McGrew agents Thomas Howe and Maria Vasquez are the workshop hosts.

About Thomas Howe

Thomas has helped hundreds of families find and sell homes in Lawrence. He has a great reputation for being a careful listener, an attentive and detail oriented consultant, a strong negotiator, and a good person to have at your side as you make your way through the real estate world.

About Maria Vasquez

Relocating several times, and buying and selling houses of her own, has given Maria a sense toward her clients’ needs, which is the result of her first-hand experience. Now, a longtime resident of Lawrence, having navigated her children through the Lawrence school system, extracurricular activities, and sports, Maria has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community as well as the importance of building and valuing long, trusting relationships.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial investments you will make in your life. It’s important to be as prepared as possible to combat any issues that may arise. If you would like to attend this informative event, please RSVP by signing up HERE or by calling 785-230-9620.
